Outdoor Kitchens & Design are looking for a part time Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant to help run a small office and showroom on the outskirts of Ashton Keynes (SN66QR). Hours and days to be discussed.

Job Description

The position of Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant is a varied role that will cover the following as well as other ad hoc activities:


  • Answering the telephone & helping with customer enquiries.

  • Processing purchase invoices & creating sales invoices

  • Updating product price lists

  • Responding to customer and supplier emails


Outdoor Kitchen Showroom

  • Assisting customers who come into the showroom by explaining the service we provide and advising on the outdoor kitchen products we sell.  


 Online Marketing

  • Writing newsletters for email distribution

  • Social Media updates on Facebook and Twitter

  • Writing content for the OKD website

  • Adding products to our online store


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experienced office administrator, with good general computer skills.

  • Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Familiar with using Gmail  

  • Knowledge and experience of online marketing including use of social media and online advertising

  • Experience of updating websites (point and click, no coding required)

  • Good telephone manner

  • Customer Focused

  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

  • Proactive and able to manage own work load
