Job Description
The position of Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant is a varied role that will cover the following as well as other ad hoc activities:
Administration
-
Answering the telephone & helping with customer enquiries.

Processing purchase invoices & creating sales invoices
-
Updating product price lists
-
Responding to customer and supplier emails
Outdoor Kitchen Showroom

Assisting customers who come into the showroom by explaining the service we provide and advising on the outdoor kitchen products we sell.
Online Marketing
-
Writing newsletters for email distribution
-
Social Media updates on Facebook and Twitter
-
Writing content for the OKD website
-
Adding products to our online store
Required Skills & Experience
-
Experienced office administrator, with good general computer skills.

Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel

Familiar with using Gmail
-
Knowledge and experience of online marketing including use of social media and online advertising

Experience of updating websites (point and click, no coding required)
-
Good telephone manner
-
Customer Focused

Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

Proactive and able to manage own work load
