Alfa Forni’s 2-pizza gas-fired oven. Brio is the oven that heats up so quickly that your first pizza will be ready to enjoy in just 30 minutes.

The Alfa Brio pizza oven dimensions have been especially designed so that the oven can rest on the top of outdoor kitchens (only 76 cm deep – feet sit at 52.3cm)
Pizza Oven Top – cover
Provides year round protection from the elements. This cloth is made of an innovative material which is waterproof, breathable (prevents condensation), thermal, UV ray-resistant, resistant to bird droppings, resins and sea salt, practical and easy to handle.
We suggest putting the oven, when possible, under a canopy or a shelter to keep it in perfect conditions.
Hybrid Kit (a must if you wish to use wood in this oven)
The kit to turn your gas-fired oven into a wood-fired one, offering you versatility.
Material: AISI 441 machined stainless-steel
2 Components: a burner and a wood holder.
Maximum temperature: up to 1.000 °C (1.800 °F)
