Alfa Pizza Peel Set
An essential accessory for anyone looking to create restaurant quality authentic Italian style pizza’s at home. Available in two lengths: 90cm or 120cm. All constructed of brushed Stainless Steel with shaped wooden handles.
The Alfa Peel Set includes the following four tools:
Small Peel: The lightweight round peel is perfect for moving your pizza in the oven and retrieving once cooked.
Large Peel: This larger peel is the ideal tool to ‘launch your pizza’ in to the oven. Easy, lightweight and comfortable to use .
Ember Tool: Alfa’s ember tool enables you to move the ash, embers and burning wood to one side once the oven floor has reached your desired temperature, ensuring you have the necessary oven space to cook your pizza.
Brush: Equipped with brass bristles which ensures more effective cleaning, together with preserving the refractory floor.
