The Pro 2.0 also comes with a Guru ready nozzle. Fixed to the side of the Monolith base in the ideal position to support temperature regulation, ensuring meat is cooked exactly to your liking when using a BBQ Guru controller. Fit a BBQ Guru controller in seconds without the need for adapter plates. The redesigned sleek & modern vertical exhaust top vent, maintains stability even when the lid is opened & closed while eliminating condensation stains either to your food or to the internal surface to the oven.
Available with either the DynaQ or UltraQ Digital Controllers as optional extras, which prevent the need to watch over your low and slow cooks as the BBQ Guru will do all of the work in controlling the airflow and internal temperatures of your grill. The perfect choice for your barbecuing, smoking, baking, searing, or roasting needs. It also features the Monolith unique system of feeding wood chips, chunks or pellets directly over the hot charcoal without having to raise the lid.
