The Moderno Portable is a NEW addition to the Alfa range of authentic Italian pizza ovens.
Alfa Moderno ovens combine Italian tradition and craftsmanship with cutting-edge materials and engineering:
- Unique ‘flattened’ half-dome design, developed after extensive testing identified it as the ideal shape for maximising circulation and heat flow.
- Full-circulation flue system, ceramic fibre insulation and refractory brick base that efficiently reach and maintain temperatures up to 500°C.
- Titanium-impregnated 441 stainless steel inner wall that can tolerate thermal stress and resist heat, corrosion and atmospheric agents.
- Seamless shell made from a single sheet of powder-coated steel, with no rivets, making it both elegant and highly durable.
The convenience in portability has not been achieved at the expense of performance. This oven offers the same impressive circulation, heat flow and fuel efficiency as the larger Alfa models. No need to keep your hungry guests waiting as this LPG gas oven is quick to reach cooking temperature & cooks a pizza in 90 seconds!
Weighing in at just 35kg, this compact gas portable oven is both small and light enough to transport wherever your travels take you. It’s protective cover comes with two side handles that convert into a convenient carrying bag (to be purchased seperately). The oven can be assembled with ease, in a matter of minutes.
